Welcome to the FAQ page, here I will answer some of the questions I have been ask about why me and my wife started this company.

Question: Why did you want to start this business?
​ I have worked in pest control for about 5 to 6 years and worked with two company's. I really feel that most large pest companies are more about the numbers and not the people. I want my company to be about the people as I have always tried to put my customers first when working and will always put the customer needs first.
​Question: Why did it take this long if you been in the business for over 5 years?
This has to do with cost and when I was first in pest control I was a commercial technician. I would love to do commercial but that's a whole different ball game as the cost to do commercial businesses is a lot higher than it is for residential. Plus working with residential customers and homes I find to be a lot more satisfying being able to help people solve problems in their homes. Also me and my wife are trying to do this without any company loans, we are purchasing everything out of our own pockets which is why we both still working are full time jobs.
​Question: Why are the prices this low?
I feel this is a two-part answer. Part 1; Coming from a business standpoint I am the only service technician in the company, my wife will be handling the HR, phones, business expenses and customer.
Part 2; Why we can keep the price low is because it's just the two of us. We also don't have the overhead like larger companies do, we don't have a lot of employees, trucks and other expenses that companies have.
When setting up the company, My wife and I talked big time about our goals for this company. I got to give her my insights on why I want the pricing to be the way it is. I know a lot of customers who just cannot afford to pay the high price that the larger companies have. I feel a lot of people that are on SSI, tight budgets or best way to put it, living paycheck to paycheck. One of the ways I looked at this was, if I feel I could afford this then hopefully other people will be able to too.
Question: How does the pricing work and will it change.
So right now while using Wixs to make the website I have only been able to set it up as a bulk payment. I do highly suggest if anybody signing up to the service can do it to call the number set up an appointment with us and make the payment with us in person. I believe that would be a lot easier then paying it through wixs. The other part of that question if anything will change the answer will be yes. We would like to set it up for monthly payments instead as that would be easier on the company, but at this moment wix does not have that capability for us. If we can figure out how to set that up I will definitely get that in there.
